Your Next Move, Mapped Out

I help buyers and sellers across the Greater Tulsa Area move with a clear plan and guidance that fits their pace.

Christina Shortsleeve, REALTOR® with REMAX Results

Why I do this

When people ask if I love real estate, I say yes, but not for the reasons you’d think

I don’t love it for the houses. I love it for the moment someone finally exhales.

I love it for the phone call after they move in, the one where they want to tell me the dog already found his spot by the window. I love that people trust me to help with one of their biggest decisions.

That’s the job nobody sees from the outside.

If you’re ready for your version of that moment, I’d be honored to help you get there.

How I work

A plan first, then the move

Before your home goes on the market, I walk you through a preparation plan: staging, repairs, improvements worth making, and pricing guidance. You hear from me on a schedule you can count on, and you work with me directly.

How buyers actually find you

Relevancy, recency, proximity

Three things decide whether marketing reaches the person who is actually ready to move. Every page on this site is built to hit all three at once, which is why there is a page for each neighborhood and each situation instead of one page trying to cover everything.

Relevancy
Written for one situation at a time. A first-time buyer and a downsizer leaving a longtime home have different questions and should not read the same page.
Recency
Kept current. Market conditions from eighteen months ago are not information, they are decoration.
Proximity
Specific to the street, not the county. Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Coweta, Owasso and the neighborhoods inside them.

Position. Impact. Conversion.

The E.P.I.C. framework

Four parts to every home I list, so you can see how your home is prepared, presented and marketed before anything goes public.

  1. Equity

Where your home stands against what has actually sold nearby, explained clearly, so you can choose a list price with confidence.

  2. Presentation

Professional photography, video, drone footage and staging guidance, all prepared before your home goes public.

  3. Impact

Digital ads on Facebook and Instagram that reach likely buyers who are not searching yet, alongside the MLS and an email to my database.

  4. Campaign

Coming-soon marketing before launch, then weekly updates from me once your home is on the market.

Buying instead?

The R.E.A.L. framework

I start by getting you ready before we look at houses, so when the right one comes along, you already understand the process and can act with confidence.

  1. Ready

Pre-approved and clear on what you are signing before we tour, so you can move when the right home appears.

  2. Educated

What your budget buys in the towns you are considering, and how each step works, explained before you need it.

  3. Aligned

A search built on what matters to you, with my clear read on each home we see.

  4. Locked

Offer, inspection, financing and closing, taken one step at a time so you always know what comes next.

Does a Broken Arrow Address Mean Broken Arrow Schools?

A Broken Arrow address doesn't always mean Broken Arrow Public Schools. Parts of the city fall within Union or Bixby Public Schools, so here's how I check the district for every home.

Right here in Tulsa

Who I Am

I'm Christina Shortsleeve, a REALTOR® with REMAX Results, and I help people buy and sell homes across the Greater Tulsa Area. I've been in real estate since 2020 and have helped with 127 home sales since then. I'm also a Certified Real Estate Negotiator.

Most of the people I work with are buying their first home or leaving a home they have lived in for years. Those two moves come with very different worries, so I built a separate process for each. You work with me directly the whole way, and you always know what comes next.

You do not need to become a real estate expert. You need a trusted guide and a clear first step.

Areas I Serve Across the Greater Tulsa Area

My office is on South Mingo Road in Tulsa, and I help buyers and sellers throughout the metro. Most of my work is in Broken Arrow and Coweta, and I also work in Tulsa, Jenks, Glenpool, Owasso, Collinsville and Catoosa.

Two addresses in the same town can mean a very different home, school district and daily drive. I'd rather compare real homes and real commutes with you than assume one town is the better fit. You can see every area I serve and what sets each one apart.

How I Prepare and Market Your Home

Before your home goes on the market, we sit down with a preparation plan: staging guidance, repairs worth making, improvements that are worth it and the ones that are not, and pricing guidance based on what has actually sold nearby. The list price is your decision, and I want you to make it with the full picture.

Then your home is presented with professional photography, video and drone footage, and marketed with a coming-soon campaign, digital ads on Facebook and Instagram, and an email to my database, alongside the MLS. Once it is live, you hear from me every week.

If you are leaving a longtime home, my downsizing approach maps the whole move first: the sale, your next home, and the timing. You can read the full plan on how I sell a home.

What My Clients Say

I have a 5.0 rating from 68 verified reviews on RateMyAgent, and RateMyAgent has named me a Top 5 agent in Tulsa County in 2024, 2025 and 2026.

"The home buying process is a relationship and a journey. We felt like we won the lottery and had an expert friend to walk us through the journey from day one to closing."

Verified buyer review, RateMyAgent

If this is your first purchase, start with my first-time buyer guidance. It walks you through the process before you ever tour a home.

Start Here, Whether You're Buying or Selling

If you're thinking about selling, start with a complimentary home value based on the homes that sold near yours. If you're buying, start with a conversation about what you want your day-to-day life to look like.

Either way, you do not have to be ready to move to start asking questions. Call or text me at (918) 605-7819, or send me a message, and let's start with a conversation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which areas do you serve?

I help buyers and sellers across the Greater Tulsa Area, with most of my work in Broken Arrow and Coweta. I also work in Tulsa, Jenks, Glenpool, Owasso, Collinsville and Catoosa.

I've never bought a home. Where do I start?

Start with a conversation. I'll walk you through the whole process first, from pre-approval to closing day, so you know what each step involves before we look at homes. You do not need to know everything before you begin.

We've been in our home a long time. How do we plan a downsizing move?

I map the whole move with you before anything is listed: preparing the home, the sale, your next home, and the timing. You set the pace, and we take it one step at a time.
